Rotary high speed single piston through-hole pneumatic cylinder for CNC vertical metal lathe
Technical features:
1. 150 series hollow pneumatic cylinder is a high speed single rotary cylinder
2. Designed for driving high speed three jaw chuck or collet chuck of small CNC lathe.
3. 150 series rotary cylinder drivers passive chuck with compressed air, and has two
kinds work of push and pull.
4. The pneumatic cylinder can work at high speed without heating.
5. When the gas supply interrupt ,the workpiece dosn't off,and the inside spring
self-locking.
There are three questions to answer to aid the correct choice of power chuck:
1. Type and model of CNC lathe.
2. Length of workpiece?
3. Outer diameter of workpiece?
4. Processing requirement?

It is recommended to grease chucks at least twice a day in order to maximize longevity
1. Air hose, manual-switch, Hex. socket head bolt, axle sleeve.
2. Oil-water separator, manual solenoid valve.
