JDD-NM consist of 100% continuous nomex fibre. Although its soft feel and smooth appearance, Nomex sleeving is extremely tough and provides cables with both thermal protection and high abrasion-resistance. It can retain its integrity at temperatures over 245°C close to the melting point of Nylon or exposed to high humidity , moisture or extreme temperature.

Our headquarter is located in Shenzhen not far from Hong kong, the branch factory is in Kunshan, near to Shanghai. The process of production is certificated ISO9001:2008 quality management systems, ISO/TS16949:2009 for automotive industry and ISO 14001:2004 environmental management system. Our factory covers an area of 8,000 square meters. We have about 200 automatic high-speed machines, 3 precise monofilament production lines, and we have about 230 workers. The monthly capability are about 10,000,000 meters for cable sleeves.

4. Special packing, sizes, and colours can be supplied upon request.
