1. Q: Are you factory or trading company?

      A: We are factory with 20 years of professional manufacturing and entities marketing experience. 

           Rachel Textile (RT) now focuses on ONLINE Jacquard, Flocked, Printed, and Embroidery fabric 

           operation.

 2. Q: Where is your factory?

      A: Our factory is located in Haining City, also known as the Textile City. It is only a half-hour away from both

         Shanghai Hongqiao Airport (by high-speed rail) and Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport.

 3. Q: Do you sell curtain fabric or ready-made curtains?

      A: We do both, depending on the customer’s needs. 

4. Q: What kind of products do you make?  

      A: We manufacture: Jacquard, Flocked, Printed, and Embroidery fabrics; 

5. Q: Do you provide free samples?

     A: For in-stock products, we provide free samples. 

         For custom products the customer will be charged, but we will return the sample fee if the result is a bulk 

         order. 

 6. Q: Do you accept small order? 

     A: Yes. We would like to work and be friends with each and every customer, and we are looking forward
