Brushless Direct Current Motor
BLDC motor is composed of main body part and circuit control part. The body part concludes permanent magnet rotor and stator made up of silicon steel sheet and copper wire. Compared with brush dc motor, BLDC motor has the advantage of longer life, avoiding the problems of brush dc motor like machine noise, friction sparks and electromagnetic interference through electronic commutating instead of mechanical commutating.
This is a type of energy-saved motor. It owns following characteristics:
1) High efficiency:
In general, the efficiency of single-phase AC motor is under 30% , but the efficiency of single-phase DC motor is above 40%.
2) Easy control the speed:
Using PWM to control the speed and obtain linear deviation.
3) Soft start-up ( Lower start-up current):
Decreasing the start-up current to reduce the damage for matching system.
4) High reliability and long life:
Using high tech bearing system to ensure high reliability and long life.
5) Speed feedback and alarm function:
System can easy read real time revolution and give alarm signal when rotor stops.
