PUXIN biogas purification system is mainly composed of our desulfurizer and dehydrator.

In biogas, there is a little H2S (hydrogen sulfide), which is toxic, corrosive and has peculiar smell. So we must install desulphurizers when we use biogas.

The main composition of desulphurizer is ferric oxide (Fe2O3)
After be used for some times, it will gradually lose effectiveness, showing that there is some smell when using biogas. In this case, you must change it in time.

desulpfurizer’s working principle:
When biogas comes out from plant, there are some steams which can be departed through cooling.
The principle of desulfurization:
Fe2O3.H2O+3H2S=Fe2S3.H2O+3H2O
after used some times, sufficiency of desulfurization would be decrease. Then we should replace desulfurization or regenerate.
The principle of regeneration: 2Fe2S3.H2O+3O2=2Fe2O3.H2O+6S

Notice:
1. Do remove the crumb firstly, after pouring out the material of desulphurizer, just remain the granular material.
2. Do not put the material on the plastic or wooden or inflammable products when regenerating.
3. Do not put the crumb material of desulfurizer back to desulphurizer

Dehydrator is mainly usd to remove moisture from original biogas produced from biogas digestrers,

so if you want to use biogas to generate electricity via biogas generator or use biogas as cooking fuel,use biogas for biogas lamps we must treat these original biogas and purify these biogas.
