- If your order is over USD5,000, the sample fee will be refunded after the order is finished.
6: How to get the free samples?
- If you had placed an order to us before, the samples will be free from the next order.
7: If I provide the original sample to you for duplicate, should I pay the sample fee as well?
- You don't need to. Duplication is free, but you need to pay the delivery cost.
8: Who will pay the sample delivery cost?
- You have to pay it.
9: If I'm not satisfied with the sample which you made, will you make an improved one? Should I pay the additional fee?
