Main Features
1).This Pure Water Filling Line Machines is used to fill PET bottle pure water, mineral water,distilled water and other non gas beverage.
2). This Pure Water Filling Line Machines has the functions of bottle washing, water filling, and bottle capping. This design reduce the time of water contact with outside. It improve the sanitation condition, increase the production capacity and economic efficiency.
3). It adpots hanging type conveying bottle structure to make changing different bottle sizes with less time and more convenient.
4).This Pure Water Filling Line Machines use high quality food grade stainless steel material. All the material contact with water is Stainless Steel 304 (& stainless steel 316L according to customer's demands).
5).The Water Production Line Machines is equipped with advanced PLC controlling system. Key electric elements is from international well-known brand such as MITSUBISHI, OMRON,SCHNEIDER.
6). Filling Capacity 2,000bph to 20,000bph for your choice.
