Statement
GY-MS1335ADH comes standard with all the features you will need for high production CNC routing. Both the steel table frame and gantry are manufactured to the highest standard. All 3 axes are powered by fast, reliable and quiet Yaskawa AC Servo motors which provide a fantastic mix of torque and power.
The X and Y axes run on Hiwin guide rails to ensure smooth and accurate travel. These bearings are factory-sealed and provide maintenance-free reliability. Included on this type machines are helical rack and pinion drives to guarantee high-accuracy.
Cutting is performed by a 9kw HSD Auto Tool Change spindle. Coupled with CNC 8-tool rotary auto tool changer it makes multiple-tool jobs a breeze and tool-changing is exceptionally fast. Materials are held down with a powerful air-cooled vacuum pump and dust is efficiently removed with the CNC dust extraction system which is included as standard. All these components are driven by the industry renowned Syntec CNC controller.
One-arm gantry support design is for the convenience of loading and unloading the work piece. To further increase productivity and enhance workplace safety automatic sheet-loading and unloading options are available.

3. How does it work?
Under CNC Machining, machine tools function through numerical control.
