Statement
Both the steel table-frame and gantry are manufactured to the highest standard, ensuring outstanding rigidity. All 3 axes are powered by fast, reliable, and quiet Yaskawa AC Servo motors which provide plenty of torque and power.
The X and Y axes run on linear bearings and rails to ensure smooth and accurate travel. These bearings are factory-sealed and provide maintenance-free reliability.
Cutting is performed by a 9kw HSD Auto Tool Change spindle. Coupled with CNC’s 6-8 tool static rack it makes multiple-tool jobs a breeze.
Materials are held down with a powerful air-cooled vacuum pump and dust is efficiently removed with the CNC dust extraction system. All these components are driven by the industry renowned Syntec CNC controller.

3. How does it work?
Under CNC Machining, machine tools function through numerical control.
