1. Warranty: One year product warranty from the date you receive the lights.
If a defect occurs, Guangzhou Translite Co. Ltd will:
1) Within 7 days, replace a new one, free for the product and shipping fee,
2)During warranty, customers can choose:
Option A: replace a new one, free for the product, but customers shall pay for the shipping fee
Option B: we'll help to repair it, free for replacement parts, customers will pay USD20 for the shipping fee.
2. Life-time professional after-sales service and technical support(reply in 12 hours)
3. On time delivery. Samples can arrive within a week!
4. Even faster delivery for hot items.
5. More discounts for larger orders and regular clients.

Q1. Are you a manufacturer or a foreign trade company?
We are a professional manufactory since 2005. We have our own R&D, production line and professional sales.
Q2.Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factory is located in Panyu district, Guangzhou, China. It is bout 40 minutes away from Baiyun Airport. Warmly welcome all partner to visit us and join us for mutual cooperation.
Q3. What kind of products do you have? Do you accept ODM/OEM?
1. We produce different kinds of professional LED Stage Lights including but not limited to:
LED PAR Lights, Wall Washer Lights, Moving Head Lights, Laser Lights and other stage lights.
2. Yes, we provide ODM&OEM service.Of course, customers can have your LOGO printed.
Q4. How can I get the price list with a competitive price?
1.You can send inquiry via e-mail / call / fax to us with your detailed information (Such as your name, shipping address, telephone, Quantity, etc), we will send price list to you ASAP.
2. BIG orders and regular clients can get an extra discount.
Q5. How can you ensure the quality?
1. Strict QC system.
Quality is life. Our products are produced in strict QC system and the defective rate will be less than 0.01%. Most of them are exported to developed market, especially North America, Western Europe and Japan.
2. 1 year warranty for all our products:
Option A, replace new one, free for products, but customers will pay the shipping fees;
Option B, We will help customers to repair it, free for replacement parts and shipping fees.
Q6. How about payment method?
We recommend T/T, Western Union.
(Paypal is available but takes extra handling charges/service fees)
Q7. Can I book a sample? How about the MOQ?
1. Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
2. MOQ depends on the products(MIn:1pc).
Q8. What's the shiping method and shipping time?
Shipping method depends on customer's requirement:
by express: 3-7 days, by air: 5-10 days, by sea: 20-40 days.
Q9. What's the delivery time/ lead time?
For samples, we can deliver the inventory(products in the warehouse) immediately;
For small orders, it takes 5-15 working days;
For mass production, it takes 3-4 weeks depending on the products.
Q10. Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?
Yes, if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou, you can let them to pick up the cargo from our factory directly or we can also send the cargo to their warehouse.
Q11. How to place an order?
1. Our professional sales clerks will help you on order details
2. PI will be prepared and sent for your confirmation.
3. Please send back us PI with signature and bank receipt if paid.
4. Pictures will be sent to you during and after production procedure.
5. Shipping will be arranged after balance is received.
