Feng Lighting warrants all our product against defects in materials and workmanship or a period of ONE YEAR from the date of received the goods.
If a defect exists, Feng Lighting will
(1) Within 7 days, replace new one, product & shipping free of charge,
(2) Warranty:
Option A: One year, replace new one, product free of charge. Customer shall be responsible for the shipping charges.
Option B: One year, we will help customer to repairs it, replacement parts free of charge, shipping charges at $20.
(3) Lifetime after-sale service and technical support.

All products from Fenglighting must complete the toughest testing procedures including 100% functional test,100% aging test,sampling hanging test,1800V high voltage and grounding resistance test, vibration test and etc. to guarantee that every single product come out from Fenglighting are qualified products.

A: Please charge, discharge or use sometime.
3. Q: What’s battery life?
A: Battery can be recharged at least 500 times.
4. Q: How far wireless DMX operated?
A: At least 400m distance.
5. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. We have QC Department for quality inspection from beginning to the end. And we have got CE,FCC, RoHS Certificates.
6. Q:How to place order, please provide your purchasing process?
A:1. Our professional sales representative will help you on order details
2. PI will be prepared and sent for your confirmation.
3. Please send back us PI with signature and bank receipt if payment sent.
4. There will be pictures sent to you during and after production finished.
5. Shipping will be arranged after balance received.
