Q3. Do you accept ODM/OEM? Can I put my Logo on the products?
A: Yes, we provide ODM&OEM service.
Yes,the Logo can printed on product.Please inform us formally and confirm the design before our production based on our samples.
Q4. How can I get the quotation with lower price?
A:1.You can send inquiry via e-mail / call / fax to us with your detailed information (Such as your name, shipping address, telephone, Quantity, etc), we will send price list to you ASAP.
2. BIG orders and regular clients can get an extra discount.
Q5. How can you ensure the quality?
A :1. Strict QC system.Quality is life. Our products are produced in strict QC system and the defective rate will be less than 0.01%. Most of them are exported to developed market, especially North America, Western Europe and Japan.
2. 18 months warranty for all our products:
Option A, replace new one, free for products, but customers will pay the shipping fees;
Option B, We will help customers to repair it, free for replacement parts and shipping fees.

2. MOQ depends on the products(MIn:1pc).

A: For samples, we can deliver the inventory(products in the warehouse) immediately;
For small orders, it takes 5-15 working days;
For mass production, it takes 3-4 weeks depending on the products.
Q9: What's the shiping method and shipping time?
A: Shipping method depends on customer's requirement, can use customers' commanded forwarder.
Transit time will be normally as: by express: 3-7 days, by air: 5-10 days, by sea: 20-40 days.
