Our company is a manufacturer of non woven fabric ,shopping bag ,pocket spring unit and mattress. And 80% of our product is exported to the oversea market. Right now we have four plants of spring ,one plant of non woven fabric ,one plant of non woven bag and one plant of mattress.

Making process of bags
Step one: Producing the fabric
We have four machines to making the fabric. And the base weight we could do is from 10g to 200g, and we have many colors for customers to choose. Each day we could produce about 25 tons of fabric. Once we had received the order, the fabric could be arranged to produce in one or two days.
Step two: Cutting fabric
We have three ultrasonic wave machines to cutting the fabric. Using the fabric to cutting the fabric could save a lot of time, and ensure that the sizes of all the bags are exact.
Step three: Printing
We have many professional workers to print the logo in the bag.
Step four: sewing
According to different customers’ requests, the workers will sew the bag, with patience and profession, they will try their best to make the bag more beautiful and stronger.
Step five: checking and packing the goods
After all the bags are finished, the workers will check each bag carefully. When confirming the bag is without any problem, they will pack them in the PE bag and carton.
