1.There are many sellers in China. How can we choose?
Self-balancing scooters are new in China, just 2--3 years on market, you can imagine how the market responses. Not all factories are qualified and experienced. So it is much important to find an experienced manufacturer instead of resellers or inexperienced exporters. We have many dealers in China and overseas. In China, some companies use unfair competition by offering low price (maybe lower profit or no profit) . That is why some of them offer lower prices than ours. Once we find this situations, we will stop supplying to them. So welcome to report to us. We supply professional technical support and 12 month warranty. We do not provide technical support for those who do not buy from our factory directly or our authorized resellers.
2.How to maintain and clean Escooter?
Professional maintaining and cleaning are not necessary for it.What you need do is keep the power is enough before your driving.Please keep it charged twice after its power run out completely.Please supplement power if you keep it not used over 3 weeks. You can use dry brush to clean tire and bottom or use wet soft cloth to clean its body.
