FAQ
1) How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.
If you need printed samples, we will charge $50-$150 to cover the cost film and cutting die, it depends on the details.
2) How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
3) What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Our producing capacity is 30,000pcs/month.
4) Where are your main customers?
Our main customers are from America,Europe. Australia
5) What material do you commonly use?
The mostly commonly used material has ivory paper, artpaper, white kraft paper, brown kraft paper, also there’s woodfree paper, black card etc.
We are pleasure to draw graphic design for you! AI, PDF or JPEG format artwork are welcomed.
How to buy
1.Inquiry detail: provide full details(size, weight, material ,craft,printing request,packin request and the order quantity). Better with original samples and pictures.
2.We quote based on original sample & others provided information.
3.Sample expenses: after you satisfy our quotation, we will manufacture the sample then sent to you, sample setup cost and transport cost in buyer's side. Depend on order amount whether to return in the cost after placing an order.
4.Order confirmation:All the order and sample must be recognized by E-mail, then we will approve price,delivery time and payment terms.
