The machine barrel of the extruder adopt grooved barrel in the feed zone. It obviously improve the capacity. For making sure the plasticize quality, the screw adopt the separated screw. In that case, the fused material pass the backlash of the screw thread pair to liquid phase zone from the soild material. We make sure that only the fused material can pass the backlash of the screw thread pair. So it also ensure only fused materail can get into the head of screw. Meanwhile, there is exhaust valve pin to make the materail uniform and Obviously reduce the Radial difference in temperature, Lower the material temperature.
