Description of rice straw feed molding device :
Excellent quality rice straw feed molding device uses sawdust, crop stalks (corn stalk, big haulm, sorghum stalk, cotton, rape stalk, peanut seeding, sunflower stalk), chaff, grasses, shrubs,bamboo cutter head, bamboo shavings, bagasse as raw material, using native high temperature extrusion into particles. The finished product can be cylindrical. Also can be made into spherical, particle shape, honeycomb briquet.
The structure & working priciple of rice straw feed molding device:
(1) Main transmission adopts high precision gear transmission, ring die adapts advanced quick-release anchorear type. Output is about 20% higher than belt drive .
(2) The machine transmission parts (including motor) choose Switzerland ring die pellet sawdust machine, Japan high quality bearing. Ensuring efficient transmission, stability, low noise.
(3)It uses the international advanced level of German gun drill and vacuum heat treatment furnace manufacturing process. Processing of high quality alloy steel ring die, long service life, the smoother and high quality.
(4) The international advanced level of coupling power transfer, Sawdust fuel particle machine has novel structure, compact, safe performance, low noise, low malfunction.
(5) High performance permanent magnet device.
(6) Stainless steel cover and chute door, with a scale line stretching type cutter, cutter convenient adjustment and reliable.
