All accessories are non-rotating and made of easily drillable materials.Features of each accessory:
1. The Shut-Off Baffle is used to land the first-stage plug.
2. The First-Stage Plug is used to isolate the first-stage cement slurry and drilling fluid. The first-stage plug will land on the shut-off baffle and pressure is bumped.
3. Featuring streamline shape and filled with lead, the Free-Fall Opening Plug can rapidly free fall to the lower silding sleeve. Pressure is applied and the circulation ports are opened.
4. The Closing Plug is used to isolate the second-stage cement and drilling fluid. Effective seal is achieved when the closing plug lands on the upper sliding sleeve. Pressure is increased and the circulation ports are closed.
5.The Pump-Down Opening Plug is used for continuous cementing operation. It can reach the lower sliding sleeve earlier to open the circulation ports than a free-fall opening plug does.
