Characteristics of Wheat straw fuel molding equipment:
(1). New second-generation mode combination system. It adopts our latest mold composite structure, and the external high-strength steel mold plate is forged from special materials, which realizes external mold plate’s zero wear and unlimitedly extends its service life. The internal mold is made of multiple-heat-treated ultra-high hardness alloy steel. You only need to replace the internal sub-mold after wearing, and the replacement is easy and cheap
(2). Small motor power, high production.
(3). Pressing density is adjustable between 0.8-1.4g/ cm3. It can press both straw coal and feed briquettes.
(4). Advanced heat releasing system. It adopts multi-channel, multi-angle cooling mode, which ensures the motor and drive system working within the tolerable temperature so that the machine can work for a long tine without interruption.
(5). Speed-adjusting and full-closed feeding system. The feeding speed will adjust automatically according to electric current. So it is more energy saving and simpler to operate. It has a tidy and beautiful appearance, and no material leakage.
(6). Power-off protection—automatic power-off when facing overload or failure.
