Description of Wooden mop handle
Wooden mop handle is made from natural wood core. After peeling the log, we have veneers and the last cores we use for mop handles. Usually one head is Italian screw and one end domed.
Wooden mop handle ( wooden broomstick) produced by ZHENGYUXIANG that is good quality, reasonable price and friendly with environment.
The production process of wooden mop handle:
Pull off core according to the diameter as required ( usually from 21mm to 25mm)
Do expose and dry
Cut it off following the size as required (usually from 650mm to 1200mm)
Set for stick straight and make smooth surface.
Lathe one head as Italian screw
Coated varnished.
