Main Technological Parameters
MJNC-6 NC Single Facer Paperboard Cutter machine is used for cutting the 2-layer corrugated paperboard to the sizes as requirement, at the same time, booking the paperboard with order quantity. The machine is composed by feeding part, vertically cutting part, transport part, and booking part. It is suitable for the flute B, E, F, G, single cardboard, or small flute 3-layer paperboard.
Design Speed: 120m/min. Suitable weight: 100g/m2 ~ 600g/m2. Suitable width: 1400mm, 1600mm, 1800mm, 2000mm. Cutting precision: ±1mm. Cutting length: 300-1300mm. The paper feeding use synchronized automatic double rubber roll or tighten belt. Main control case is 10inch PLC touch screen, computer control. Use AC Servo control, Servo motor directly control the knife axis (patent), cutting power only need 5.5kw. The transport parts include three parts: First part is for separating the single facer paperboard, Second part is to stack the paperboard layer by layer, Third part is to send the paperboard to the booking machine stably. Max. Booking height: 300mm, (B flute 100pcs, E flute 150pcs, F flute 300pcs, about). Max. Booking length: 1300mm. Automatic counting, automatic output as ordered quantity.
