Features:
This machine is that the model cuts the molding rig,fabrication applying to the color box,color box and various heterotype package produce.This machine adopt pair of roller wheel roll extrusion way,one time the corrugated paper edge accomplishing card paper and small and medium thickness,the cut,strikes bucking alhole,intimidating folding trace with and so on.Be machine’s turn to adopt the vacum adsorption to assist paper feed,lead plane electromagnetism speed regulation,the electric adjustment model cuts a phase,have model cutting the accuracy high-apeed,quickly,handing to go to the lavatory and so on.
Functions:
- Vacuum sucking with auxiliary kick-style paper feeding system,the wind flow can be adjusted for smooth feeding subject to paper size and the bending degree.
- The paper-kicking plate is made of aluminum alloy, which is featured with light weight and wearing endurance.There is set a pneumatic paper-stacking device on rear shutter.
- The side shutter is adjustable manually.The front shutter can be synchronically adjusted for three-layer and five-layer corrugated paper as well as for clearance of manual movement.
- Phase adjustment device,planetary gear.
- Mechanical drive transmission rubber rollers can move left-and-right for 30 mm with radial differential adjustment device that maximizes the blance of the wearing on rubber rollers.
- Long life rubber rollers.symmetrical adjustment enhances running stability.
- Automatic recording or setting output quantity.
- Once-another-sheet paper-feeding device provides the options of consecutive feeding and interval feeding.
