The machine adopt combination chain paper feeding, convenient operation .it has high efficiency ,energy saving and safety
features.
Adopt Uniflair rubber pad from Taiwan. the service life times can achieve 12 million times,the line speed automatic
compensation can guarantee the same die-cutting size after the rubber pad has been wear ,the rubber pad using life can be
lengthen thrice by the soft roller repairing.
1.Die-cutting roller adopt high quality steel materials ,30mm thickness ,balance correction ,hard-chrome plating.
2.Wallboard adopt high quality cast iron material ,50mm thickness ,processing by large machining center.
3.The auto repairing mechanism of soft roller can improve the repetitive-use rate,can repair within 3-4 times.
4.The auto compensation of linear speed is designed to ensure the same die-cutting size of each batch of cartons.
5.adopt imported polyurethane Uniflair rubber pad from Taiwan, easy installation, 12 million of die-cutting times are
guaranteed.
6. During the operation ,the die-cutting roller can transversely move left and right 40mm, to ensure die-cutting in different
position every time ,to improve the use rate of the rubber pad.
