Function of ST036B Book Binding Machine :
1.The book binding machine adopts automatic feeder paper feeding. Automatic gluing and utilizes an automatic positioning system for the correct placement of cardboard. It is with features of high accurate and fast in producing and beautiful finishing for making hard book covers, notebook covers, desktop or hanging calendars, lever arch file folders etc.
2.The production line suction device can avoid oatmeal paper curving and air bubble.
3.The book binding machine adopts intelligent touch screen and operation, which ensures man-machine conversation more convenient and directly.
4.Big power air sucker is adopted for conveyor belt to feed the paper more stably and accurately. And the finished products are very neat and tidy, because it adopts the automatic controlling pulling yoke platform of collecting materials.
5.The book binding machine equips Japanese OMRON PLC intelligent software control system, automatic error inspection which display directly on the touch screen and auto stop, enables the operator easily solve the problem and save the material.
