After order:
- Delievery Time: After signing the contract and recieving the depoist, the production will take 15~25 working days. Special standard make cost 5~10 more working days.
- Order Tracking: After the depoist recieved, there will be a professional team tracking the order from produce to package and shipment.
- Crane Testing: All the materials are purchased from high quality supplier in China or the world, beyond this, we also make commissioning and test before package to avoid the trouble back.
After-sale Service:
- Warranty Period: We provide 12 month warranty for main body. Within 12 month, there is any quality problem with the main body(not including the wearing parts), we will arrange our professional engineers to provide repairment service. Also we will provide one group wearing parts for free.
- Installation Service: If customer don't need our engineers for installation, we will provide Remote Advisory Services. Also we could arrange engineers to provide installation service if customer need.
- Periodic follow up for cranes serving situation. Collecting customers comment, develop better products and service.
- Any problems come out in the usage, if that because of the quality we will take full responsibility , and arrange professional after-sale department to provide solution. if that because of the misoperation or other problems, we will also provide a professional technological supporting or arrange our engineers to help if customer need.

3. How many operating methods for my selection?
Thanks for your question. The standard operating methods we provide is pendent controller with push buttons. Meanwhile, we can also provide the remote control with push buttons and the cabin (space capsule seat) control with joystick. You can choose any of them, just tell us.
4. Do your side can provide other lift tools?
Thanks for your question. Yes, we can provide any kinds of lift tools such as lift, jib crane , grab, overhead crane,flatcar or other specials as your requirement!
