We offer Disposable Sticky Mats for use in clean room environments. These are produced using the most advanced technology. These adhesive-coated contamination control mats are stringently manufactured to meet the stringent clean room particulate specifications. These sticky mats are used on entry ways, walk ways, traffic footfall areas etc., where particle contamination has to be controlled. These mats effectively capture dirt and particles on contact.

The Clean room Sticky Mats are made using the modern technology and is composed of easy to peel-off, disposable sticky mat layers. These can effectively capture 99% all foot-borne and wheel-borne particulates. Each mat has multiple layers of polyethylene films coated with custom high tack adhesive laminated together into a stack. As the top layer becomes soiled it can be simply peeled off to expose the next clean sheet of sticky mat. The mat makes use of water-based acrylic adhesive that has a pH of 7-8 and doesn't contain benzoic acid. These mats are certified by RoHS to be free from heavy metals and hazardous chemicals.
