2016 New Designed Advanced Core Drill Machine :

1 Applications:

Mainly testing for roads, airports, ports, dams and other concrete, asphalt pavement.Can drill to 700mm,can take concrete, asphalt, limestone in highway road,for compression and bending test.

It also can be used for horizontal drilling for spike installation, road pile drilling, bridge drilling, integrated housing pile.    

2 Structure:

2.1 Two-wheels trailer body designed with steering light,brake light,reversing light and durable tires.
2.2 Transmission part is composed by the gasoline engine, gear box and diamond drill bits.
2.3 Manual feed hand wheel drive, complete the up and down movement through the structure of sprocket, gear           and rack,with the weight of the device itself,can realize semi-coring operations.
2.4 Water supply part through two 12V-48A electric water pumps to directly supply water for drilling bit, double            pumps can be separately controlled. Stainless steel water tank capacity is 420 liters, using pumps to pump                  water,tank can reach more than 90% of water usage.
2.5 The machine body is the fixed structure composed by a spring steel plate,two wheels and four supportings                structure,allowing the operator to control the direction flexibly and comfortably.

3 Features:
3.1 Equipped with Yamaha-12hp-Electric Start engine,superior performance, easy to start.   
3.2 Synthetic diamond drill bit,the maximum diameter coring: 200mm,the maximum coring depth: 700mm.

3.3 Equpped with two 48A-Electric Start Water Pumps,supply enough water to make the drill bit cool and durable.

3.4  Multifunction armrest frame,flexibly up and down, coring firmly, durable, reliable operation, easy to           manipulate.
