Its an effective, permanent, safe, environment-protective, extra strong ultraviolet(UV) shield yarn that is made with advanced spinning equipment and technology by adding inorganic nano UV isolation agent (nano-TiO2) which is homodispersed at the process of polymerization, the nano-TiO2 is formed by advanced nano and polymerization technology via original position compounding.
It provides permanent UVA and UVB sun protection with ratings up to 50 UPF (standard value is 30). Fabric made with this kind of yarn can reflect and absorb UV up to 98%, UVA and UVB permeation rate is far below the standard value 5%. Not only to maintain the soft texture of the fabric, and has resistance to washing and ironing resistance, light stability, does not irritate the skin.
Ultraviolet resistant fiber is widely used in the sun umbrella, tents and other outdoor products, sportswear, military products, etc.
