Its an eco-friendly type flame-retardant polyester yarn, processed by using phosphorus flame-retardant chips during the spinning. Because the flame retardant constituent is equally connected to the macromolecular chain, fabrics made with this yarn has permanent flame-retardant performance. Will reduce flammability and decrease the overspread speed of the fire, without forming a big area of burning, after leaving from blaze, fabrics will self extinguish and anti-burning.
Product Attributes:
1. The phosphorus more than 6800PPM, LOI(limited oxygen index) more than 30%.
2. Has excellent fabric performance for soft hand touch and good washing resistance.
3. Its safe and reliable to human body.
We can produce both raw white and dope dyed:
DTY 50D/48F, DTY 75D/72F, DTY 150D/144F, DTY 300D/288F
We get superior quality from sophisticated equipment and excellent management, with main equipment imported from Germany and Japan originally, and we have advanced multi-functional composite spinning test machine, 4 ring blower spinning lines with 10 rolls and 6 suits, 10 new types of imported BARMAG texturing machines, as well as physical inspection of fully functional compartment. Already we have annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of polyester polymerization, spinning, draw texturing and our company mainly produces special and functional yarn from 20D to 300D.
