Twine Thread Yarn and Thread Dye of Polypropylene

Polypropylene production process is simple, the macromolecular structure does not contain dyes that bind to a chemical group, is more difficult staining. We use rich color spinning experience, mix the master batch and polypropylene chips melting evenly in a screw extruder, obtain colored fibers through melt-spinning and having high color fastness.

Micro-polypropylene fiber has many unique chemical and physical properties, mainly as follows:
