Because of ionic modification, not only the dye-absorption property of fiber is greatly improved, but also the degree of crystallinity is reduced. Thus cationic dyeable yarn can be easily dyed with improved dye-absorption rate and moisture-absorption property. CDP can be used for achieving various color effects in fabric, have a very soft and silk-like hand touch, darker shades, striking color effects and higher color fastness.

When fabric made with CDP is dyed with cationic dyes, it has the following property:

♦ Vivid color and luster, good deep dyeing property
♦ High dye-absorption rate
♦ Good light and water color fastness
♦ When being dyed into different dyes, its dyes compatibility is good
♦ The stability in high temperature dyeing solutions is good
♦ It will not easily pollute with other fiber including normal polyester fiber
♦ The dyeing spreads into the inside of fiber with high speed, no ring-dyed phenomenon
♦ When the PH value changes in dyeing bath, the stability of dyes is high
