Unlike Portuguese granulated cork manufactured from the waste of natural wine corks, Chinese granulated cork is manufactured from natural corkwood with multiple grinding, mesh selecting and gravity separating processes. The selected clean granulated cork with standard specifications (granule size, bulk density and moisture content and etc.) can be compressed in bales for economical shipping cost or loose packed in plastic woven bags for maintaining light bulk density for special uses.
