Q: Are you manufactory or Trade Company?

  A: We are the OEM manufactory specialized in Point of POP display solutions. We provide all stages of solution service, designing, manufacturing, printing, quality control, kitting, packing performed and shipping.

Q: Can you do a construction drawing from your side ?

  A: Yes, Store Display can provide the graphic drawing and 3D drawing to explain the structure clearer and also sent you for approval.

Q: Can you help me to work out the dimensions of the display?

 A: Yes, please advise the sizes of your product, how many product per display, the size of the product, weight of product is also necessary, to help us work out the display.

Q: Can I print my own company logo on it?

A: Yes, It is customized as your requirements.

Q: What is your usual payment?

A: We have two payment terms:

    1, 30% deposit ,balance to be paid once goods shipped.                                                                                

    2, L/C at sight.

Q: When can I get the quote? 

   A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority. 

Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality? 

  A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be refund after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ. 

Q: What kind of files do you accept for printing?

   A: PDF, Core Draw, high resolution JPG 

Q: What’s your production range? 

A: Counter Metal Display, Wooden Display, Metal Display, Acrylic Display ,Store Fixture ,Floor Shelf Display , Wooden Photo Frame , Cardboard, Cardboard floor display, and Multi-Product Display.

Q: Could you allow a trial order?

A: Yes. We are allowing to a trial order. This would enable you to see the high quality of our product and give you the opportunity to test its superiority.

Q: What’s your shipping way? 

A: By sea, By plane, By couriers, such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT etc.

Q: What about the lead time for mass production? 

A: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 25 to35 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
