1.What is the location of your company ? Our company is located in Xiamen city that is in the southeast of China . Our factory address:3/F N0.1003 Anren Av.guankou towm Jimei District Xiamen City,China . If you would like to visit our factory and office ,we warmly welcome your coming anytime .
2.How long cost you to make the samples ? It will cost us about 7-10 working days to make the samples. If mass production, the lead time will be 45-60 days
3.What is the shipping port ? We ship out the goods at Xiamen Port.
4.Which kind of certificate would you have? We can apply for the CE, FDA, Z87.1 AND REACH certificates.
5.Could i put my own logo on it? Sure, customers' logo can be made by laser, printing or metal logo,etc.
6.Could i buy 1pc sample first and small order ? Of course, support sample order and small order, especially for new customers under certain condition.
7.what is the payment method ? For sample order, please pay 100% by T/T or through paypal once the order is confirming. For mass order, please T/T30% deposit once confirming the order, T/T balance before shipment.
8.If i have my thoughts, do you have person to design according to my concept? Certainly,our design team is willing to do for you.
9. What's your best price for this sunglass? We will quote you best price according to your quantity, so when you making an inquiry, please let us know the quantity you want.
10. What's your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors? For sunglasses, if we have stock, MOQ is 50PCs per model, we can mix colors for you. If you want to print your own logo, MOQ is 1200PCS per order. We can also do pantone color for you, MOQ is 1200PCs per color.
11. What's your packing? Our usual packing for sunglass is PE bag, 12 pcs in a inner box, 300 pcs in one ctn B:sunglasses is put in a PE bag, and then put in a soft bag, 12 pcs in a inner box, 300 pcs in one ctn. C:sunglsees in a PE bag, and put in a hard case with cleaning cloth. 10 pcs in a inner box, 100 pcs in one ctn D. special package according to requirement.
12. What about the warranty? We are very confident in our products, and we check every single piece and pack them very well, so usually you will receive your order in good condition. But to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue, we suggest that you check the sunglasses once you receive them, and let us know the details if there is any damaged ones, so that we can deal with it accordingly. |
