1). How can I get samples ?
It's our pleasure to offer you samples for quality evaluation, sample is free of charge. To show our sincerity of cooperatio, we share 50% of the express freight and you bear the remaining 50%. We will send samples within 2 workdays by DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS, ARAMEX, EMS, SF and etc.
2). How to make fabric lab dips?
Please kindly inform your fabric Pantone tpx/tcx Number or send the color swatches to us for making lab dips,
Fabric Color A / B / C swatches can be finished within 5 workdays and send to you for color choices easily.
3). What is your payment terms:
We accept below ways based on credit cooperation.
a) 30%T/T as deposit and 70%T/T against the documents
b) L/C at sight
4). Please advise your internal Inspection steps of Fabric?
There are four steps: grey fabric inspection ---> dyeing inspection --->final quality control (Inspection Report ) --> loading inspection (Loading Report)
It’s our duty to keep the high quality of the fabric for you, we care about your satisfaction. Our R&D and QC department work together to focus on each yard fabric from the beginning to the end of the production.
5). What 's your order delivery time of the fabric?
For conventional knitted fabrics, we can finish the order within 20 days after confirming all the details and receive the deposit, as a manufacturer, we can strictly guarantee the delivery time.
6). How do you check all the goods in the production line?
We have two inspect procedures, grey fabric testing and final quality control. Only passing the test, the fabric can enter the next step of production. It’s our duty to keep the high quality of the fabric for you.
