We design this special mini flour mill for individual use. In this small-scale line, our 6F roller mill can grind high quality flour with very low investment. Thanks to its well enough automation, one labor force will hanle this operation.
Process flow is as follows:
- input material goes through the pipe transferred by air blower and be feeded to the roller mill
2 .be grinded by couple rolls
3.beside the rolls there are two unit of controly sifter, only the flour with certain size can pass the sieve, those bigger one will be transferred to the rolls and be grinded again and again till pass the sieve.
