FQFD Purifier for pure flour and less-pure flour the crafting
The FQFD Series Flour Purifier Machine is used to handle coarse and medium size stock of break systemm for plansifter, to take out pure endospem and send to the reduction system to produce highly refined flour with low ash content. It is completed with reasonable design and it adopts vibro-electrical transmission structure, offering advantages such as smooth operation, low noise, long working life, dust-free and low power consumption. Meanwhile, this machine is easy to maintenance.
This machine is designed for separating pure endosperm granular from its mixture. It comprises two independent sieve-decks, each with three ranges of double superimposed sieves. The two sieve-decks are supported by four rubber spring bushes on a steel frame and vibrated by two vibration motor which installed at the end of the machine. Independent aspiration is connected on the top of the machine. The mixture flows into sieve decks and is classified by the interaction of vibration and suction while it’s flowing to the end of the machine. The materials then are separated to pure endosperm semolina, endosperm with barn fraction, pure bran fraction and then are sent to different next passage.

The unit is used for high quality wheat flour producing by means of selecting out the pure endosperm granules, the bran with powder or the bran by the material's quality and size. It is useful for improving the flour output ratio and quality.
