Introduction of D. Barreled water filling line

This unit includes the washer, dryer, filler and capper for production of 3~5 gallon barreled drinking water.

The washing process includes three parts: alkali, disinfectant, water inside and outside washing. Besides, the alkali and disinfectant can be recycled. And the whole line process controlled by PLC

The capacity on the basis of 5 gallon (18.9L) barreled water is from 120 barrel/h~1200 barrel/h

The whole line components:

1. automatic washing/rinsing line (inside and outside; alkali, disinfectant, water)

2. Main body of barreled water filling machine

3. Capper

4. Plastic bag cover

•The barreled water filling machine is made of stainless steel, corrosion resistant material and easy to be cleaned.
