Usually we place twosets of emery roller dehullerand one set of iron roller peelerwith polisherto peel the maize and degerminate. After this, you can remove mostly of the husks and germs from maize. Equipped with air blowersand cyclonecatchers, dust and husks with germs will be separated from the maize

This is the most important part of the whole plant. Because the working condition of this part will determine the quality of final grits and flour.
