Part II. Productive technology
silo ---- cleaning ----peeling and polishing --- milling -----packing
A. The steel silo to store the maize/corn.
B. The cleaning section

We do this part just to ensure:
a. the quality of maize flour b. the life of machines.
This section is to separate the impurity : smaller stone, sand, grass seed, swarf from the raw maize .
C. The degerming and peeling section
emery roller dehuller, iron roller peeler with polisher,
Different from the traditional process of milling maize, we adopt dry method to process maize for making grits with different sizes and very fine flour at the same time( also we can only get flour from this part).
This is the most important part of the whole plant. Because the working condition of this part will determine the quality of final grits and flour.
D. The crushing and milling section
The dehulled maize will go through single passage roller mill/ double roller mill for further processing.
E. packing section
We can usual packing table ( manual) or the packing machine.
