Range of application:
All kinds of rubber gasket, silicone gasket, round, oval, rectangular tubular product rapid precision cutting shape.
Function and feature:
1. Original single modes or can be made more than a mold cavity section for rectangular products(such as gasket) through change mould, the product into one module and one cavity, forming of the tubular products, the ues of this product is equidistant cutting for forming, can greatly improve the efficiency(saves the multi-cavity filler, a single product trimming hours, liberate the workforce), improve the product accuracy(because of difference of multi-cavity mold, aging caused by the product difference), can greatly save the multimode cavity scrap material.
2. Use the automatic program control measures of material system, reducing the need to replace the jig to complete before unloading process cumbersome.
3. Use the Japaese precision ball screw and original guide rail, with improted servo control system, servo motor, imported frequecy conventer, PLC control, temperature and reliable. Precise control of cutting the size of the aprons, achieve smooth incision, no knife, cut the surface is bright and clean, especially suitable for cutting deeper gasket.
4. LCD touch screen control, all cutting parameters be clear at a glance, operation is extremely easy to understand. All electrical components and pneumatic compoents adopt domestic famous brand products, to ensure the stability and reliability of the machine used for a long time.
5. Multi-axis cutter can cut the realization more at the same time, every time greatly improve production efficiency, reduce the cost of production of the factory.
