Hydraulic Polyurethane Foaming Equipment
JHPK-F16 polyurethane foaming equipment is the newly series of foaming equipment that launched by Beijing Jinghua Park Polyurethane Equipment Co.Ltd.
Compared with the traditional material pump pushing vertically of the traditional equipment, its unique hydraulic driven material pump pushing parallel has solved the problem of seals are damaged by the tilted pump caused by the uneven pressure of two material pumps.
The complete, closed, immersed and lubricated material pumps of isocyanate have completely against the air. It has solved the problem that isocyanate crystallizes when comes to the water.
The external heating way of pipe line with ultrathin flat copper wires increases the pipe power so the speed of pipe heating isfaster, and the function of heat preservation is more perfect.
Simple, compact machine layout makes the equipment decorous and fashionable. Simple and intuitive operating mechanism saves the steps of resetting the machine over and over again.
