Our surface buoyancy buoys generally consist of resilient closed cell foam core encapsulated within a tough, resistant polyurethane outer skin, which can be reinforced with nylon filament, combined with high quality steel work. The rotationally moulded buoys are made by rotomoulded polyethylene hollow shell filled with closed cell polyurethane foam or syntactic foam (Macrospheres).
Cylindrical anchor pendant buoys are manufactured from resilient closed cell unsinkable foam core around the inner central steelwork covered in protective polyurethane elastomer coating.
Cylindrical anchor pendant buoy has Handling Crucifix on the top of pendant buoy. The bottom is anchor pad eye. All the steel fittings are hot dipped galvanized or epoxy painting. The inner central steel frame has enough support branches ensure the foam core cannot be moved.
The resilient closed cell polyethylene foam core guarantees self-fendering and unsinkable even in case of damage. And self-colored polyurethane elastomer skin is resistant to abrasion and ultra violet rays degradation. For the extreme operating environment, the reinforced nylon filament ensures polyurethane elastomer protective coating has higher tear strength.
