Chopped strand mat is made from fiberglass chopped strands into certain length and bonded together with powder binder or emulsion binder. The typical end products are laminates, roofing, boats, bath equipment, automotive pats and cooling tower etc.

Uniform density ensures consistent fiberglass content and mechanical properties of the final products. The mats feature good mat integrity, low fuzz, less material waste and small roll diameter, excellent flexibility ensures good moldability with no springback at sharp angles, fast and consistent wet-out speed in resins and rapid air lease enhangce molding productivity and mechanica properties of the products. The product have high dry and wet strength and good transparency.
