Chopped Strand Mat Emulsion(briefly as CSM Emulsion) is an non-woven E-glass which is made of fiberglass strands chopped to 50mm in length, randomly and uniformly dispersed and bound together with polyester binder in emulsion form.

Applications:
CSM is suitable for all kinds of FRP process, such as handing lay-up process, filament winding process, molding process, centrifugally cast filled process, mechanical process, etc...It is widely used for automobile parts, sanitary wares, chemical corrosion resistance pipe, cooling tower, storage tank, ships manufacture, building materials, furniture and so on.
Package:
Products is manufactured in form of a roll wrap on a paper tube, then after packed with plastic bag and placed into a carton box. Rolls can be loaded in a container directly or on pallets.
Storage:
Unless otherwise specified, Chopped Strand Mat should be stored in dry, cool, clean and rainproof area. Recommended temperature range of storage is between 15-30 and relative humidity between 35%-65%.
