NJP-2-200C Fully Automatic Capsule Filling Machine
About The Machine:
This Fully Automatic Capsule Filling adopts multi-bore dosing, intermittent motion & frequency control. High speed, high performance machine that incorporates latest international design and is built with precision using most appropriate material and up to date manufacturing systems.
It is suitable for automatic completion of Capsule feeding, separating, filling waste capsule rejection, closing, finished capsule ejection.
Functional Sequence:
1. Empty capsule loading and separation
2. Lower Module segment move down and outward
3. Powder or pellet filling
4. Reserve station
5. Removal of separated capsule
6. Lower module segment move back
7. Capsule locking
8. Discharge of filled capsule
9. Module segment cleaning
NJP-2-200C Capsule Filling Machine is suitable for hospitals, labs, medical research institutions, small pharmaceutical and health factories with the characteristics of the following:
1. Small, low power consumption, easy to operate and clean.
2. Auto loading of powder into hopper of machine in dust free manner to reduce cross contamination & better adherence to GMP.
3. Closed system protects your product from contaminants, and allows a dust-free production environment for better health and easier cleaning
4. Pellet filling device to fill granules & pellets

6. The movable parts are in full enclosure, having excellent lubricating conditions.
7. Dust collectors are provided for rejected capsule suction & powder suction.
8. Man-machine interface, Timing frequency-conversion, programmable controlled.
9. Quick changeover, machine parts are made by CNC computer machine
10. Can be designed to meet customer's technical requirements.
Powder filling device:
Powder in hopper is fed and its level is maintained into the tub of tamping assembly by an automated auger.Fully enclosed construction ensures minimum wastage.
Pellet filling device:
Able to adjust the thickness of pellet blocks so that it allows accurate measuring of drug weight that is inserted into the capsule.Also, as it is designed in a simple structure for easy disassembly and assembly of the pellet blocks, it will significantly reduce the setting time.
Fully enclosed Rotary table:
The turret has a rotating indexing motion.
Function of the turret is to transport capsules from one station to another. Fully enclosed structure protects moving components from dust contamination.

Packaging & Shipping:
All the products before delivery should be tested by assemble&debugging engineer, wiped up and cleaned, then wrapped by stretch film to protect it from moist. The precision part need to flexible package. In addition, without standard tools, manual and other documents, and allow ex-factory confirmation sheet, the machine cannot leave factory.
All the products will be packed in wooden case. The exported products use plywood case to pack. The foot margin of equipment fixed tightly to make the machine can experience loading&uploading, the upward mark will be posted on the wooden case.
