JMJ Series Chocolate Conche Machine
Chocolate Conche machine is key equipment in the chocolate production line, mainly used for fine milling of chocolate paste. It is researched and developed on the basis of domestic and foreign advanced technology with advantages of transmission, fine gridding, and leak proof, etc.

This model is the fourth generation which updated by the transmission, automatic motor for tighten and loosen and PLC system control, with the functions of refining, grinding, deodorization and dehydration functions and advantages of easy maintenance, durability, leakage-proofing, stable performance, energy saving etc. It’s the necessary machine for producing chocolate.
Except for chocolate fine grinding, this machine is also suitable for milling jam, peanut butter and other liquid fat material.

2. Confirmmachine type, order quantity, price, lead time, payment term etc.
3. Our sales send the Proforma Invoice with company seal.
4. Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.
5. Inform the clients that we have got the payment, and will arrange the production according to your request, inform the estimated time.
6. Production products photos will send to you for approval.
7. Clients make payment for balance and Ship the goods .
8. Order is finished when you receive the goods and satisfy with them.

2. About after-sell service
Usually machine guarantee time is about 1 year. Within guarantee time. Machine breaking caused bymachine itself design defect, we are responsible for it. We can provided free charge breaking part. If machine breaking caused by humane factor, user need take responsibility for it, we will provided technical support .
3. About goods shipping
We have long time working shipping forwarder. We can do our best to send machine to your port safe and quickly.

1. How about your quality?
(1) We have been specialized in chocolate machines for more than 46 years (1969-2015).
(2) We have strict quality inspection department to inspect 12 hours’ working status of all the machines beforedelivery so as to make sure the quality.
2. How about your after-sale service and warranty period?
(1) We provide one-stop installation (all fees including visa , Transportation, accomdation will be afforded by buyer , an USD 50/day installation fee should also be paid .
(2) Warranty period: 12 months after delivery.
(3) We will provide the replacement parts for free due to quality problems underproper operation within warranty period.
(4) Afterwarranty period, we’ll charge the replacement parts at cost price.
(5) We provide lifetime technical support for all the machines.
