Eco-friendly Thickener(EM-PTS)
1)General Description
Eco-friendly thickener PTF is of high performance, applied to coating pigment printing. It can be mixed with different kinds of binder. PTF is acceptable in roller printing, flat screen printing or rotary screen printing. It endows printing fabrics with sharp definition and good color yield, which overpasses imported homogeneous products in coloration and brilliance. It is easy to make printing paste with only 1.3% dosage of PTF thickener. The color paste in white viscous liquid has good stability and performance without influence in screen printing. Owing to its less dosage, it largely reduces product cost and pollution, save energy and has good results in safe production. Domestic eco-friendly thickener, PTA and PTF,have passed authoritative inspection of SGS inspecting sector.

4) Safety Notes
Product shall be stored in places under cool, dry and ventilated condition.
5)characteristic
- Strong water cohesive and thickening capability under high-speed stirring.
- High consistency with printing binder, pigment pastes and other textile printing auxiliaries.
- If pigment doesn’t reach enough consistency, then thickener can be added, which won’t have ill impact on printing result.
- High thickening capability. 2.3% in flat screen printing and less than 2.5% in rotary screen printing.
- High quality stabilization. Free from dilution or bad smell.
- Good color yield, sharp definition and soft hand feeling.
- Bring thickening effect to printing paste, and the prepared paste can mix with all kinds of oil-covering water-based paste.
- Applicable also in bringing better thickening effect to rubber paste, transparent paste, color-printing paste, if consistency is not high enough.
6)Usage
1. On preparing printing paste, add appropriate dosage of EM618 to measured water and stir at high speed until reaching required consistency.
2. In case printing paste is not viscous enough, then add some EM618 when stirring.
7) Safety Notes
1. Thickening ability in soft water is better than that in hard water.
2. Don’t mix with cationic auxiliaries.
3. One year of guarantee under storage temperature 0-40°C.
4. Please use cloth or soft paper to clean when getting blotched by thickener, and wash with salt electrolyte and water.
Notes: Above usages have been proved through practice. But considering practical printing techniques, please choose the right manufacturing process after experiment.
