Printing Pigment Paste
1) General Description

A kind of highly dispersed pigment suspensoid made up of organic pigments and solvent auxiliaries.

Wide range of applications in 1) textile printing on cotton, hemp, viscose, terylene, nylon, PVC (chlorofibre, polyvinyl chloride fiber) fibers and other kinds of fibers; 2) printing on leather, wood, paper and leatheroid etc.; 3) coloring water-based materials such as inner wall coatings, cement, soaps, synthetic detergent, cosmetics, paper pulp, etc.
Suitable for different kinds of printing methods, such as fluorescent printing, spray printing, pattern printing, and electrostatic printing etc, with flat screen or rotary screen.
4) Usage
Above pigment pastes can be mixed with common printing binder. See below recommended usage:
Pigment Paste Emulsion Urea Binder Cross Linking Agent Total
10-100g X g 30-50g 200-400 g 0-30g 1KG
Above formula can be adjusted subject to practical conditions. Directly add pigment paste to water-based materials, well stir, control dosage of pigment paste needed for appropriate concentration to achieve ideal color yield.
5) Safety Notes
Store in dry, breezy and cool place and keep away from acidic materials.
Store in closed containers and never expose in the air for long time to avoid granule gathering and filming on the surface.
Temperature of storage: 0°C~40°C.
Well stir before use in case of granule gathering
