Specifications
1. This product is suitable for being mixed with acidic dyestuffs.2. High flow property and small insoluble substance.
1)General Description
This acidic printing paste is specially manufactured for textile printing industry. It is made through chemical modification from the endosperm in the seeds of guar gum. Acidic printing paste is suitable for polyamide fibre, real silk and other textile.
2)Technique Data
1. Appearance yellowish powder
2. PH value(1%,25°C) 6.5-7.5
3. Ionic type nonionic,guar gum of chemical modification
4. Thickening ability 7.0%-7.5%
3)Property and Features
This product is soluble in water. It requires high-speed stirring to speed up solution. Let it soak for at least one hour in water. Flow property and uniformity will be better with more than 8 hours’ expansion.
4)Application
1. This product is suitable for being mixed with acidic dyestuffs.
2. High flow property and small insoluble substance.
3. Make printing textile have sharp definition, bright colors and soft hand feelings.
5)Storage
Product should be stored in shady and cool place indoor. Keep product away from dampness.
Notes: Above usages have been proved through practice. But considering practical printing techniques, please choose the right manufacturing process after experiment.
